Minutes of the OENEO General Meeting

The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of OENEO was held at Château Pellisson in Cognac, chaired by Mr. Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil. All resolutions on the agenda were adopted by a large majority. A dividend of €0.35 per share for the 2025-2026 financial year was approved, detachable on September 30, 2026, and payable on October 2, 2026.

In terms of governance, the mandates of Ms. Wendy Holohan, Mr. Jacques Hérail, and Mr. Vivien Hériard Dubreuil were renewed for three years. The Board of Directors, composed of nine members, including four women, remains unchanged, with three independent directors.

OENEO will publish its half-year revenue for the 2026-2027 financial year on November 3, 2026. The voting results will soon be available on their website.
