OENEO: 2024-2025 annual results, stability and profitability
The OENEO Group has unveiled its results for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, characterized by a slight decline in revenue to €305.1 million, close to the previous year's €305.7 million. The Closures Division stood out with growth of 5.2%, particularly thanks to sales of Diam closures. In contrast, the Livestock Division declined by 12.3% in a sluggish wine market.
Current operating profit increased by 6.2% to €45.5 million, thanks to the robust performance of the Closures Division. Net profit amounted to €29.8 million, up 3.2%. Free cash flow also showed strong growth, reaching €38.0 million.
Cash generated from operations reduced net debt to €57.1 million, representing 17.6% of shareholders' equity. For 2025-2026, OENEO plans to continue optimizing costs in an uncertain environment.
