OENEO: Transactions in own shares from April 13 to 17, 2026

OENEO conducted transactions on its own shares as part of a share buyback program between April 13 and 17, 2026. These transactions were carried out on several markets, including CEUX, TQEX and XPAR.

On April 13, a total of 641 shares were acquired on the CEUX market at an average price of €9.44. On the same day, an additional 228 shares were repurchased on TQEX at €9.45, and 1,096 on XPAR at the same average price of €9.44.

On April 14, only 18 shares were purchased on XPAR at €9.48. Transactions on April 15 involved the purchase of 114 shares on CEUX and 56 on XPAR, all at €9.46. Finally, on April 17, 78 shares were purchased on XPAR at an average price of €9.43.
