OHB SE Completes Full Acquisition of MT Aerospace AG

OHB SE has obtained full ownership of MT Aerospace AG by acquiring an additional 30% of its shares. This makes OHB SE the sole shareholder of the company. MT Aerospace, a major player in international aerospace, joined the OHB Group in 2005.

Marco Fuchs, CEO of OHB SE, expressed that the acquisition reinforces their belief in MT Aerospace's growth prospects and the promising global launch vehicle market. He emphasized the company's long-standing role as a reliable partner in the aerospace and defense industries.

MT Aerospace, with over 500 employees, contributes significantly to European space access through its involvement in the Ariane 6 program. It holds over 10% of the work packages for this launch vehicle.
