O'KEY Group S.A. Reports Growth in H1 2026 Results

O'KEY Group S.A. released its operational and financial results for the first half of 2026, showcasing significant growth. The net retail revenue of its "DA!" store chain climbed by 10.0% year-on-year to RUB 43.0 billion, boosted by both an increase in like-for-like (LFL) revenue and retail space expansion.

In financial terms, the Group's total revenue rose by 10.4% year-on-year, reaching RUB 43.3 billion. Gross profit witnessed a 13.8% rise, amounting to RUB 10.0 billion. Despite a 0.3 percentage point drop in the EBITDA margin, EBITDA increased by 6.7% to RUB 4.2 billion. Net profit from continuing operations surged by 17.3% to RUB 1.2 billion.

Amid these figures, the Group's redomiciliation plans progressed. A delisting from the Astana International Exchange (AIX) was executed, with ongoing trading on the Moscow Exchange. The company prepares to rename itself "DA GROUP IPJCS" under Russia's jurisdiction.
