Leadership Changes at Oldenburgische Landesbank: New CEO Appointed
Christophe Jéhan, previously Deputy CEO of TARGOBANK AG, now leads Oldenburgische Landesbank AG (OLB) as its new CEO. Jéhan retains his role in the management team of TARGO Deutschland GmbH, OLB's parent company since January 2026. Isabelle Chevelard, another key figure, has assumed the position of Chair of OLB's Supervisory Board.
This leadership shift follows the acquisition of OLB by TARGO Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale. With over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, Jéhan is tasked with steering OLB in alignment with the parent company's strategies. Together, TARGOBANK and OLB are positioned among Germany's top ten private-sector banks.
