Omer-Decugis & Cie Partners with SEMMARIS for New Dunkirk Agri-Logistics Hub

Omer-Decugis & Cie has announced a partnership with SEMMARIS, the manager of the Rungis International Market, to create a new platform for the storage, packaging, ripening, and preparation of fresh fruits at the port of Dunkirk. It marks a significant step in Omer-Decugis's 2025-2030 strategic plan.

This collaboration is a part of the broader development of an agri-logistics hub connecting Dunkirk and Rungis, bolstered by SEMMARIS and Dunkerque-Port's agreement established in July 2026. The initiative is designed to enhance France's supply chain and competitiveness.

SEMMARIS will handle the real estate for the project with a €37 million investment, while Omer-Decugis & Cie will finance technical installations worth €10-12 million. This platform will significantly increase ripening capacity, supporting the distribution to both French and European markets.
