Omer-Decugis & Co.: Solid Growth and Ambitions for 2030

Omer-Decugis & Cie recorded a 12.0% increase in its annual revenue for 2025/26, reaching €319.0 million. The group, a specialist in fresh fruits and vegetables, thus continues its 16th consecutive year of growth. Its SIIM division performed particularly well, with a 15.2% increase in revenue.

Faced with geopolitical tensions and a complex climate environment, the group has managed to maintain its trajectory thanks to sound strategic choices. The Bratigny division, however, shows a mixed performance with slight growth of 0.2%.

Omer-Decugis & Cie continues to roll out its 2026-2030 strategic plan, which includes major logistics investments, notably a partnership with SEMMARIS in Dunkirk. These actions aim to strengthen its ripening and logistics capabilities to support its future growth.
