Onco-Innovations Announces $2 Million Private Placement

Onco-Innovations Limited has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $2 million. The Vancouver-based company plans to offer 2,272,727 units at $0.88 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, allowing future purchase of shares at $1.10 for 36 months.

The company plans to allocate a 1% share issuance as an administrative fee to a third party for assistance. Additionally, it may offer finders' fees to eligible parties who help secure subscribers.

Proceeds from the placement will support corporate, operational, and research goals. The completion of the placement is pending regulatory approvals. Onco-Innovations emphasizes these securities will not be registered under U.S. law.
