Ondas Completes Acquisition of Rotron Aerospace Ltd.

Ondas Holdings Inc., a leader in autonomous aerial systems, has finalized the acquisition of UK-based Rotron Aerospace Ltd. Rotron, known for its advanced unmanned aerial systems, will enhance Ondas' long-range autonomy capabilities. The acquisition aims to expand Ondas’ reach within NATO, providing significant access to defense programs through new relationships with the UK Ministry of Defence.

Rotron’s offerings, including vertical take-off platforms and high-efficiency aero-engines, will bolster Ondas' capacity to deliver cutting-edge autonomous systems. With this acquisition, Ondas strengthens its position in the UK defense sector, establishing a local base for developing unmanned systems tailored to NATO allies’ needs.
