Zentra Group PLC Reports 2025 Fiscal Year Results

Zentra Group PLC, based in Manchester, has announced its financial results for the year ending June 30, 2025. Revenues dropped by 45% to £8.06 million due to a decline in sales completions. The company reported a gross loss of £0.29 million, an increase from the previous year's gross profit. Loss before tax improved to £1.71 million, compared to £3.56 million in the prior year.

Zentra has refocused its business strategy on two main platforms: Zentra Living, targeting city apartments, and Zentra Homes, focusing on family housing. This strategic realignment includes exiting co-living operations and self-construction.
