Zentra Group Provides Update on One Victoria Project

Zentra Group PLC, a residential developer based in Manchester, has issued an update on its One Victoria project. The project, originally slated for completion by the end of Q2 2026, is now expected to reach practical completion by the end of Q3 2026. This delay is due to construction progress not aligning with the planned schedule.

Despite these delays, sales activity remains robust. Out of 129 apartments in the development, 101 contracts have been exchanged. Additionally, three more units are reserved, leaving 25 apartments still available for sale. Zentra Group PLC will continue to provide updates on the project's progress.
