Valerio Therapeutics: Review of the First Half of 2026
Valerio Therapeutics announced its financial results for the first half of 2026. The company launched InVimmune, its cell therapy subsidiary, and appointed Gilles Besin as CEO. An exclusive collaboration agreement was signed with Abivax, while the acquisition of Etherna Immunotherapies NV will be finalized on October 8, 2026. Revenue reached €3.1 million, compared to €126,000 the previous year. Net income showed a loss of €2.361 million, in contrast to a loss of €208,000 in 2025. Cash and cash equivalents amount to €656,000, ensuring financing for operations for 12 months.
