BlackRock crosses a voting rights threshold at ORANGE
On July 10, 2025, BlackRock, Inc. reported that it had crossed below the 5% voting rights threshold in ORANGE. This crossing occurred on July 9, 2025, following a share sale. BlackRock now holds 158,743,352 ORANGE shares on behalf of its clients, equivalent to 5.97% of the share capital and 4.99% of the voting rights.
This transaction includes both off- and on-market transactions. The assets include 2,805,040 ADRs and various other contracts involving ORANGE shares. ORANGE's capital base consists of 2,660,056,599 shares, representing 3,180,452,886 voting rights. BlackRock exercises these rights at its discretion, unless otherwise instructed by its clients.
