Orange: Change in shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2025

Orange has published information on the number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2025, in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the Financial Markets Authority. The total number of shares comprising the capital remains at 2,660,056,599 units. As of this date, 1,676,848 shares are deprived of voting rights.

The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 3,179,973,369, while the exercisable voting rights are 3,178,296,521. A gradual increase in theoretical voting rights has been observed since January 2025.
