Orange: Changes in Shares and Voting Rights as of July 31, 2026

Orange has published its report on the total number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of July 31, 2026, the number of shares comprising the share capital remains stable at 2,660,056,599.

Meanwhile, the number of theoretical voting rights is 3,175,201,190, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 3,172,918,927. Treasury shares, deprived of voting rights, have decreased slightly to 2,282,263 compared to the previous month.

This reflects the application of legal provisions granting double voting rights to registered shares. These figures allow us to track the evolution of the company's shareholder remuneration structure.
