Orange Releases Share and Voting Rights Data for September 2026
On October 2, 2026, Orange provided details regarding its share and voting rights as of September 30, 2026. This disclosure is in line with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Under these regulations, a double voting right is granted to shares held for over two years under certain conditions.
Orange reported a total of 2,660,056,599 shares by the end of September. The number of treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights, stood at 7,217,263. Theoretical voting rights totaled 3,174,460,855, while exercisable rights were at 3,167,243,592. These figures reflect changes observed throughout the year due to share retention and treasury adjustments.
