Orange Reports Voting Rights and Share Count as of July 31, 2025

Orange has disclosed the total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. This information, required by Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, details the dynamics of the company's equity structure.

According to the report, Orange's total number of shares stands at 2,660,056,599. Out of these, 1,456,848 are treasury shares without voting rights. The total theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 3,180,373,161, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,178,916,313.

Since April 2016, a double voting right is automatically granted to shares held in registered form for at least two years by the same shareholder, as per Article L. 22-10-46 of the French Commercial Code.
