Orange: Status of Shares and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2026

On September 4, 2026, Orange disclosed the figures concerning the total number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with the French Commercial Code. As of August 31, 2026, Orange's share capital consisted of 2,660,056,599 shares. Of these, 2,539,763 were treasury shares and carried no voting rights.

This translates to 3,174,872,610 theoretical voting rights, of which 3,172,332,847 are exercisable. This situation reflects the application of the double voting rights rule for registered shares held for at least two years by the same shareholder, since April 2016.

The figures show a slight decrease in exercisable voting rights compared to previous months, thus highlighting the importance of monitoring the evolution of investment structures and shareholder rights at Orange.
