Ordissimo Finalizes the Acquisition of R-Cost and Launches its IT Services Division

On December 23, 2025, Ordissimo finalized the acquisition of R-Cost, a company specializing in IT leasing. This transaction marks the launch of a new IT Services division. R-Cost, with revenues of €1.868 million and EBIT of €420,000, will provide immediate support to the group's profitability. This integration is a key step in Ordissimo's external growth strategy, which aims in particular to diversify its revenue streams and increase its recurring business. The acquisition financing combines bank loans and a non-dilutive bond issue, allowing for future expansion without diluting share value.

Ordissimo plans to leverage R-Cost's expertise to accelerate the development of its IT division, generate synergies, and continue exploring future acquisition opportunities. The group aims to achieve an EBIT of €3 million by 2028. This initiative strengthens its ability to advance in expanding markets while maintaining a solid financial structure.
