Ordissimo SA: Exclusive negotiation for a new IT services player
Ordissimo, a company specializing in technology solutions for seniors, announces its exclusive negotiations with a second complementary target to expand its IT services division. This move is in line with the capital increase the company announced for May 2025.
The second acquisition in the pipeline targets a French player in the IT leasing sector. This project, contingent on obtaining bank loans, could generate annual EBIT of €1 million excluding synergies.
The two target companies have complementary strengths, particularly in the leasing of Apple equipment for one and printing equipment for the other. The integration of the two companies is expected to strengthen Ordissimo's service offering, thus expanding its geographic footprint.
