OSE Immunotherapeutics: Publication of 2025 Financial Results
OSE Immunotherapeutics has published its audited consolidated financial results for 2025, confirming the unaudited figures for April 2026. A major addition is the IRIS Financing, announced in May 2026, which is now included in post-closing events. The audit report is currently being prepared for filing with the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
For 2025, revenue is projected at €2.6 million, down from 2024, impacting net income to -€37.7 million. Cash reserves expected until the end of December 2026 should be sufficient to cover current commitments, although some uncertainty remains.
The 2025 Universal Registration Document, available online, includes various management reports and information on the share buyback program.
