OSMOSUN: Financial adjustment and new strategy for 2025
On February 3, 2025, OSMOSUN reported on its 2024 financial results and a new strategy under development. 2024 revenue is adjusted to €2.6 million, lower than the forecast of €3 million, due to the postponement of projects in Mauritania and Saint Kitts. EBITDA falls to -€5 million, compared to -€1.9 million in 2023.
As of December 31, 2024, the order book stands at €0.7 million, with cash of €1.6 million, sufficient until September 2025. A new roadmap focused on a standardized offer is underway. The Board of Directors, recently tightened, will approve this strategy on February 14.
Advanced negotiations for projects totalling €47 million are underway. Previous targets are being abandoned following the group's repositioning.
