WATERA Reports H1 2026 Financial Results
Chartres, 30 September 2026 – WATERA announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, ending June 30. The company saw significant growth, with revenues increasing by €386,000, reaching €1.0 million, a 63.1% jump from H1 2025. This growth reflects the successful merger with Watera International, contributing to a reorganisation and efficiency improvements.
The company reported an EBITDA loss of €0.7 million, an improvement from the €1.2 million loss in H1 2025, driven by reduced expenses and personnel costs. Operating and net losses both decreased to €0.8 million due to efficiency measures.
The merger approved in September aims to streamline operations and strengthen WATERA's financial structure. Equity stood at €6.8 million, with cash at €0.8 million. The merger is expected to enhance financial capacity, supporting growth and acquisitions.
