OTRS AG Receives Squeeze-Out Request from Optimus BidCo AG
On May 8, 2025, OTRS AG announced that Optimus BidCo AG, an acquisition entity of EasyVista SAS, has submitted a squeeze-out request. With a 99.2% stake in OTRS AG, Optimus BidCo AG is set to acquire the remaining shares held by minority shareholders.
