Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM Group), a leading multi-utility company in Latin America, has partnered with OverIT to enhance its Field Service Management. EPM Group, based in Medellín, operates across Colombia, Central America, Chile, and Mexico, employing over 17,009 people. The collaboration aims to improve services for 9.6 million citizens.
OverIT's NextGen Platform will replace EPM Group's current software, supporting 3,050 users, including field technicians and back-office teams. This upgrade is set to streamline operations and drive innovation within its complex systems. EPM Group's commitment to service quality aims to keep them at the forefront of digital innovation in the region.
OverIT, with backing from Bain Capital and Renaissance Partners, brings more than 25 years of experience in Field Service Management. Recognized as a leader in the FSM, Geospatial, and AR sectors, OverIT's expertise is expected to significantly benefit EPM Group.
