OVHcloud's Solid Start in 2025: Confirms Financial Guidance

OVHcloud has confirmed its financial guidance for 2025, reporting a positive first quarter. The company achieved a revenue of €264 million, an organic growth of 10.1% from the previous year. Among its segments, the Public Cloud witnessed a 15.8% growth, while the Private Cloud rose by 10.2%, driven by strong demand in the United States. International sales accounted for 52% of the total revenue.

The company plans to expand its AI offerings and develop Local Zones in 17 cities by late 2024. A new 3-AZ region is set to open in Milan at the end of 2025. OVHcloud also launched a Managed Rancher Service for multi-cloud environments.

The company aims for an annual organic revenue growth between 9% and 11%, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 40%. Capital expenditure is estimated between 30%-34% of revenue with unlevered free cash flow exceeding €25 million.
