Oxurion Announces Update on Voting Rights After Convertible Bonds Conversion

Oxurion has issued an update regarding its total number of voting rights following a conversion notice from Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. The conversion of four convertible bonds has resulted in a capital increase of EUR 100,000, part of Atlas's EUR 20 million capital commitment. With this increase, Oxurion has issued 6,230,425 new ordinary shares, bringing the total to 62,598,034 shares with voting rights, up from 56,367,609 previously. This updated figure will serve as the new denominator for shareholding calculations.

The share capital now stands at EUR 86,906,161.32. A total of 342 convertible bonds remain, allowing Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC to subscribe to additional shares according to their agreement with Oxurion. This development reflects ongoing financial adjustments as part of Oxurion's strategic financial management.
