Oxurion Notifies Changes in Participation of Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Leuven, Belgium – October 16, 2025 – Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR) has published transparency notifications received from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC in accordance with Belgian law. Atlas held 1,365,840 shares out of 50,377,523, or below the 3% threshold, on October 2, 2025, following a sale of voting shares.
On October 6, 2025, Atlas acquired 6,609,493 shares from 56,367,609, crossing the 10% threshold. However, as of October 9, 2025, its stake had fallen back to 5,583,162 shares, falling back below the 10% threshold following a sale.
