Oxurion receives a transparency notification from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Leuven, Belgium – November 25, 2025 – Oxurion NV, based in Leuven and listed on Euronext Brussels, announced that it has received a transparency notification from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. This notification, in accordance with Belgian transparency legislation, indicates that Atlas held 6,230,425 shares out of a total of 62,598,034 shares outstanding as of November 21, 2025. Consequently, their stake has fallen below the 10% threshold following the sale of securities carrying voting rights.
Oxurion specializes in acquiring majority stakes in promising European pharmaceutical contract manufacturers. This transaction illustrates Oxurion's commitment to building an integrated group in the healthcare sector.
