PAL Next AG Announces Capital Increase and Forecast Adjustment for 2025

On October 21, 2025, PAL Next AG's Executive Board in Munich announced an agreement to increase capital from authorized capital by contributing a receivable worth EUR 750,000. This receivable is linked to services rendered in a film production. The transaction will result in the issuance of 595,238 new shares, excluding current shareholder subscription rights, and is set to conclude by the end of 2025.

Following this arrangement, PAL Next AG has adjusted its financial forecast for the 2025 fiscal year. The company projects revenues between EUR 21 million and EUR 23 million, with total operating performance anticipated to exceed EUR 24 million. However, EBIT is now expected to range from EUR -1,250 thousand to EUR -550 thousand, revised from an earlier prediction of EUR -500 thousand to EUR +200 thousand.

The forecast adjustment arises mainly from accounting impacts of the capital increase, without affecting PAL Next AG's liquidity.
