PAL Next AG: First Half of 2025 Financial Overview

PAL Next AG reported its financial results for the first half of 2025 meeting expectations. The company's revenue was EUR 0.6 million, down from EUR 1.2 million in the same period in 2024. Despite this decline, the EBIT improved to EUR -1.4 million from EUR -2.2 million due to cost-cutting measures. Personnel expenses reduced to EUR 0.9 million.

The company highlighted innovation in hybrid production methods via its subsidiary, Storybook Studios. PAL Next AG plans several key releases by PANTALEON Films in the latter half of the year, including DER TIGER, NO HIT WONDER, and DAS LEBEN DER WÜNSCHE, along with a series return on ARD Mediathek.

The 2025 revenue forecast stands between EUR 21 million and EUR 23 million, with adjustments to the expected EBIT, now ranging from EUR -500 thousand to EUR +200 thousand.
