SCP Standard Capital Partners AG has initiated a sale process for its current operating investments. This decision, approved by the Supervisory Board, aligns with the company's strategic direction. SCP is actively seeking suitable buyers for their entertainment sector holdings.

Preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 report a revenue of EUR 469,000 and a total operating performance of EUR 865,000. However, the company recorded an EBIT of EUR -2,406,000. In response to these figures and recent strategic shifts, SCP is withdrawing its earlier financial forecast for the year.

The company plans to publish its half-year financial statements on its website by the end of August.
