PARROT enters into a new liquidity contract with NATIXIS-ODDO BHF
The PARROT Group, a recognized leader in the professional micro-drone sector, has announced the implementation of a liquidity contract with NATIXIS-ODDO BHF, effective May 4, 2026. Initially for a one-year term, this contract is tacitly renewable. The management and trading of its shares on Euronext Paris will be handled by ODDO BHF SCA.
This contract complies with applicable regulations, including AMF decision no. 2021-01. The resources allocated for this operation amount to €700,000. Suspension or termination of this contract may occur under certain conditions, including by decision of PARROT or its financial partners with 30 days' notice.
To track PARROT's performance, a report on revenue for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on May 20, 2026.
