PARROT: Total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2026
On September 22, 2026, Parrot announced that the total number of shares comprising its share capital as of July 31, 2026, amounted to 31,157,845. This increase resulted from the issuance of 217,500 new shares under the 2024 Plan. This also brings the total number of theoretical voting rights to 31,157,845.
Of these theoretical voting rights, 31,131,319 are exercisable. This difference stems from the 26,526 treasury shares held under a liquidity contract, and therefore deprived of voting rights.
This information was communicated in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), in the interest of transparency towards shareholders.
