Partner Property Consultants Appoints Dervis Göksal as Director in Hamburg

Partner Property Consultants has announced the appointment of Dervis Göksal as the new Director for their Hamburg office. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, Göksal brings a wealth of expertise in transactions, technical due diligence, and advisory services. His career includes facilitating transactions over €10 billion, focusing on existing buildings.

Göksal aims to bolster Partner’s presence in Germany by guiding investor clients through complex transactions. He previously spent nine years at CBRE, emphasizing technical due diligence and client satisfaction. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of a consultancy firm in Germany, focusing on energy and sustainability.

Göksal's educational credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Architecture from Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften und Kunst, Germany.
