Pathfinder Ventures Concludes Financing and Plans New Private Placement

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. has announced the closure of its non-brokered private placement, initially launched on January 20, 2026. The company successfully issued 14,329,120 units at $0.05 each, raising a total of $716,456. Each unit included one common share and half of a transferable warrant, allowing holders to buy an additional share at $0.10 within 36 months. The proceeds will bolster working capital and support initiatives in modular housing and RV resort communities.

Pathfinder also disclosed intentions for a new private placement, aiming to issue up to 20,000,000 units under similar terms for up to $1,000,000. This new round awaits TSX Venture Exchange approval.
