PATRIMOINE & COMMERCE Raises 10 Million Euros to Accelerate its Development
On March 4, 2026, Patrimoine & Commerce announced the completion of two capital increases totaling €10 million, fully subscribed by the SMABTP group. These increases, approved at the extraordinary general meeting of February 11, 2026, are intended to support the company's development and the financing of new acquisitions.
However, Prestimmo, despite receiving a €20 million subscription offer, did not participate in this capital increase. This could temporarily slow the company's external growth. With the subscription completed, the share capital now stands at €162,847,890 for 16,284,789 shares.
