The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) and PATRIZIA have entered a strategic partnership to enhance infrastructure investment in Abu Dhabi. This collaboration aims to leverage PATRIZIA’s expertise in real assets to support project delivery and capitalize on Abu Dhabi's capital-project programme.
The agreement was finalized at the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit International Roadshow in Munich, highlighting opportunities for private capital involvement and international knowledge exchange. By coordinating across 500 projects, valued over USD 56 billion, the partnership focuses on housing, transport, education, and more, supporting Abu Dhabi’s growth and competitiveness.
PATRIZIA’s long-standing presence in Abu Dhabi, reinforced by a permanent establishment in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, marks a commitment to enhancing international cooperation. The partnership explores public-private structures and investment opportunities, aiming to link local projects with global expertise.
