Pegasus Resources Secures Uranium Exploration Rights in Utah
Vancouver-based Pegasus Resources Inc. has announced the execution of an Other Business Arrangement (OBA) with the Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration. This agreement grants Pegasus exclusive exploration rights over 640 acres in Emery County, Utah, for a five-year term. Signed on January 23, 2026, the OBA allows for potential conversion of the lands into a mineral lease, contingent upon fulfilling exploration and payment requirements.
Pegasus is committed to making annual payments of US$6.00 per acre and undertaking various exploration activities. These include geophysical surveys, permitting, drilling, and technical studies. The OBA is limited to exploration rights and adheres to regulatory, bonding, and reclamation standards. Pegasus plans to update stakeholders as exploration progresses.
