Pernod Ricard Sells its Mumm Napa Sparkling Wines in Trinchero

Pernod Ricard has reached an agreement with Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits for the sale of its sparkling wine brands in the United States: Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa, and DVX. This transfer of ownership will grant Trinchero exclusive production and distribution rights for these brands in several North American and Caribbean markets.

While this transaction excludes the GH Mumm champagne brand and its international operations, Trinchero will strengthen its premium portfolio and its presence in the North American market. The acquisition includes the Mumm Napa estate, its visitor center, and its production facility in Rutherford, Napa Valley.

Pernod Ricard is thus continuing its strategy of focusing on premium spirits and champagnes. The completion of this transaction is expected in spring 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
