Peugeot Invest Commits €105 Million to Novétude's European Expansion

Peugeot Invest has announced a strategic minority investment in Novétude, a leading healthcare education group. The investment of approximately €105 million grants Peugeot Invest over 19% of Novétude's share capital. This move aligns with Peugeot Invest's strategy of engaging as an active minority shareholder alongside Charterhouse Capital Partners, which remains the majority stakeholder.

Novétude specializes in higher education training for paramedical professions, offering accredited degrees in areas such as osteopathy, physiotherapy, and pharmacy. The investment aims to accelerate Novétude's growth across Europe. Peugeot Invest will also take a seat on Novétude’s Board of Directors.

The transaction is expected to conclude in the summer of 2025, pending regulatory approvals. This investment enhances Peugeot Invest’s portfolio, particularly in the healthcare education sector, addressing the increasing demand for healthcare professionals in Europe.
