Peugeot Invest: Report on Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights of the company, in accordance with legal requirements. As of August 31, 2026, the total number of shares stands at 24,922,589, the same as on July 31, 2026. Gross voting rights have increased slightly, from 45,068,023 to 45,068,984. However, the net number of voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, is 44,965,871, compared to 44,963,701 previously.

Furthermore, the company's articles of association mandate a threshold crossing declaration in addition to the legal thresholds. This obligation applies in the event of an increase or decrease of more than 2% of the share capital or voting rights, as well as each time a threshold of 1% or multiples thereof is crossed.
