Peugeot Invest: Status of Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published its statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights. As of May 31, 2026, the total number of shares stood at 24,922,589, remaining stable compared to April 30, 2026. The gross total of voting rights increased slightly, from 45,029,450 to 45,066,600.

The total net number of voting rights, taking into account shares without voting rights, decreased from 44,926,475 in April to 44,963,594 in May. Peugeot Invest's bylaws stipulate an obligation to declare any crossing of a capital or voting rights threshold exceeding 2%, or any percentage increase or decrease that is a multiple of 1%.

This declaration is in line with the regulatory framework established by the AMF, based on the commercial code.
