Pferdewetten.de AG Appoints Frank Hartmann as CFO and Co-CEO
On October 15, 2026, pferdewetten.de AG announced the appointment of Frank Hartmann as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO), effective January 1, 2027. Hartmann will be responsible for Finance & Controlling, Compliance, Legal, and Investor Relations. Before taking on his new role, he will advise the company starting mid-November 2026. He will lead alongside Christian Gruber.
Hartmann brings extensive experience as a certified banking specialist. His career began at Deutsche Bank, with notable roles including co-leading the IPO of net mobile AG and its subsequent sale to NTT Docomo Inc. He also served as managing director and CFO of Payone GmbH, a well-known payment provider in Germany, from 2014 to 2024.
The Supervisory Board anticipates a successful collaboration with Mr. Hartmann in his new role. Pferdewetten.de AG, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has been active in the betting industry since 1997.
