PFISTERER Holding SE, a leader in electrical connection technology, has fully acquired Power CSL, effective April 2, 2025. Power CSL specializes in subsea cable solutions, enhancing PFISTERER's portfolio in the offshore sector. The acquisition fortifies PFISTERER's market position and allows for expanded offerings in subsea applications. In 2024, Power CSL reported a turnover of approximately EUR 3.5 million. The purchase price remains undisclosed.
