Bajaj Mobility AG Reports Strong First Half of 2026 Results

Bajaj Mobility AG experienced significant financial growth in the first half of 2026. Group revenues surged by 65% to EUR 701.4 million compared to EUR 425.2 million in H1/25. The company's motorcycle segment, including KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS brands, showed remarkable growth with revenues leaping 109.1% to EUR 579.6 million. Motorcycle sales increased by 91.9%, totaling 89,004 units sold.

Operating efficiency improved as fixed costs were reduced by EUR 65.8 million. EBITDA reached EUR 37.6 million, contrasting with a negative EUR 183.3 million in the previous year, resulting in a 5.4% margin. EBIT became positive in Q2/26 for the first time post-restructuring, improving by EUR 166 million over the previous year.

The company completed a crucial refinancing of EUR 550 million for subsidiary KTM AG, strengthening financial stability. Worldwide inventory levels decreased by 10,190 units, maintaining efficient levels. Reduction in interest burdens also enhanced the financial outlook for Bajaj Mobility AG in the second quarter of the year.
