PIERER Mobility AG has announced the receipt of several financing offers from investors. These offers are part of a structured investor process led by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG. Investors have committed financial resources, which could be directed to PIERER Mobility AG or its subsidiary KTM AG and its affiliates.

The financing options may include debt instruments at the subsidiary level. The allocated funds will support the restructuring plans of KTM AG and its insolvent subsidiaries, with a minimum statutory financing extent of 30% achieved.
