Strong Performance for Bajaj Mobility AG in Q1 2026

Bajaj Mobility AG, formerly known as PIERER Mobility AG, has reported substantial revenue growth in the first quarter of 2026. The company saw its consolidated revenue increase by 70.2% to EUR 331.3 million compared to the same period last year. Notably, motorcycle sales surged by 125.1%, with 40,332 units sold, resulting in a 151.6% rise in motorcycle revenue to EUR 272.4 million.

The quarterly report indicates a positive turn in the company's EBITDA, reaching EUR 5.5 million. EBIT improved by EUR 65.5 million, marking a 71.5% improvement. Yet, the net income for the period remained negative at EUR -35.1 million, albeit improved by 67.5% from the previous year.

The company's equity stood at EUR 350.7 million, with a 22.2% equity ratio. Bajaj Mobility AG has successfully refinanced KTM AG for EUR 550 million, strengthening its financial base amidst restructuring efforts, including a planned workforce reduction by Q3 2026.
