Changes in PIZZORNO Environnement's voting rights

PIZZORNO Environnement has published an update regarding its total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital as of June 4 and 9, 2026. The number of shares remains constant at 4,000,000. On June 4, the theoretical number of voting rights was 6,874,635, with 6,738,718 voting rights. On June 9, these figures decreased to 5,649,018 and 5,513,101 voting rights, respectively.

This decrease is due to the expiration of 1,225,617 double voting rights following the acquisition of 1,225,617 shares by Paprec Group. This information complies with the legal obligations set forth in Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
